8. Ordering Process & Artwork
We make every effort to provide clear and color-correct images that reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images, and emailed proofs are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail.
The color in the proof is not the real color, It is difficult to show the correct color in the monitor, the color will be made in the pantone number "C" (not "U").
The digital proof option is only valid for 3 days if no changes are requested within 3 days or if we get no response from the customer we will start production. We suggest that all customers approve the orders or make all changes and finalize their orders in 3 days from the time of placing the orders. The order will remain on hold until the proof is approved. Please keep in mind that late approval of the proof will move the delivery date selected whether it a free shipping or paid shipping. Please note that this is already affecting the production and shipping time. Change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before your order/s goes into production we will happily offer a full refund or modification. However, once the proof has been approved and has gone into production or the order is shipped we are no longer able to offer a refund or cancellation request.
Customer is responsible to ensure they have proper permission to utilize copyrighted logos in the products they want to customize. We do not take liability on copyright designs.
We are unable to provide a free customized sample. If a pre-production sample is requested, it will be processed as an order, with Color Matching considerations and limitations applied to the final order.
We make every effort to match your color choices as precisely as possible, relying solely on PMS numbers as a guide.
For some items, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. In-stock colors may not be an exact match from a previous order, and they may also differ significantly within the same order. We will continue to try to match colors as closely as possible. Slight color variations or changes are not grounds for re-dos or refunds, and they are not considered faults.
However, we understand that for some reason you would still opt to cancel the order. As we have mentioned 'If a pre-production sample is requested, it will be processed as an order". Your request to cancel the whole order will be acknowledged, but the sample fees will be deducted from your refund. Applicable only for patches, mousepads, and beanies.
9. Package Protection
We make every effort to provide clear and color-correct images that reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images and emailed proofs are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. Our Package Protection program ensures a worry-free shopping experience with its comprehensive guarantees.
Firstly, we offer Guaranteed Delivery, which means that if your order arrives later than the promised delivery date, we will provide a full refund for the shipping cost. In case the package is no longer needed due to the delay, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund. Secondly, we provide Guaranteed Product, assuring you that if your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will promptly exchange it for the correct or undamaged item. Lastly, we prioritize customer satisfaction with Guaranteed Service.

10. Discount and Promotion
A. Eligibility and Redemption: Promotional discounts ("Discounts") are available to eligible customers ("Customers") as determined by Custom Patch Factory. To redeem the Discount, follow the instructions provided. Only one discount can be applied per transaction.
B. Maximum Discount: All discounts have a maximum cap of $100 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
C. Exclusions and Changes: Discounts may have product and service exclusions. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate discounts without notice. All discounts are exclusive for product cost only and are not applicable to paid shipping and package protection.
11. SMS Terms of Service
The Custom Patch Factory mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Custom Patch Factory ("Custom Patch Factory", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Custom Patch Factory's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Custom Patch Factory through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Custom Patch Factory. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies.
