Iron-on backings are a special type of backing that when heated, will form a bond between the patch and the fabric.
Note: They need a proper amount of time, pressure, and temperature to seal correctly.

Tape Backing
Tape Backing
Tape backing is the most ideal choice for short-term events. It’s easy to use on any garment and is easily removable, but isn’t as durable as compared to other types of backings.
Single Velcro
Single Velcro
Single velcro is more flexible than any other backing style. The backing is composed of a tiny hook that allows you to attach the patch to a soft backing for a secure grip.
Double Velcro
Double Velcro
Double velcro is a convenient way of quickly fastening your patch to another surface as these are often bought in pairs — hard hook and loop — to make a two-sided patch. If not needed, you can easily have it removed.
Embroidery Percentage

50% embroidered patch is good for simple, text-only designs wherein at least half of the twill
backing is visible.
75% Embroidery

75% embroidered patch allows larger, more intricate artwork, and covers more of the twill.
100% Embroidery

100% embroidered patch is ideal for intricate designs and logos wherein the twill is entirely
invisible. This also offers the most detail possible on a patch.

Glow in the dark thread will always glow green when the lights are out. Although during the day, some patches may look pink or yellow.
Metallic Gold Thread

The metallic gold thread achieves a vibrant effect similar to neon colors. Under the light, the gold metallic color will shimmer as if there are actual metal shavings embedded in the design.

Patch Sizing Option
Patches come in all shapes and sizes. We have done small patches for scouts and militry uniforms, as well as larger patches for biker jackets and sports teams. We have the experience and knowledge to provide whatever size patch you need!
Determining the size of your custom patch is easy. Measure the length and width of your patch, add them together and divide that number by 2.
Determine the Size
If the height of your patch is 2" and the width of your patch is 4", you would add 2+4, which equals 6. You then divide 6 by 2, which equals 3. The size of your 2"x4" patch would be 3"
